Some of these you will have heard ad nauseum from your governments, your doctors, your social media feeds, and the rest of the world at large. Some will be news to you, but can be absolutely vital to keep yourself strong and promote health and positivity throughout your homes. Share these with your family and revisit them weekly or monthly to keep them top of mind as often as possible.
